The COMPPASS Registry was born out of a deep commitment to creating a global movement that unites families, healthcare professionals, and researchers. OUR ADVISORY BOARD
The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) for the iGBS COMPPASS Registry is a diverse team of experts and stakeholders who guide the registry's development, governance, and operations.
Representing fields such as infectious diseases, neurodevelopment, biostatistics, and epidemiology, along with regional and parent advocates, the SAB ensures data quality, patient privacy, and compliance with international regulations like HIPAA and GDPR.
The board advises on policies, approves data use, and addresses ethical and regulatory considerations, providing essential oversight to ensure the registry meets its global research and patient care objectives.
